Our Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Organiser

1. The prize draw is organised by PFA Research Ltd., located at Tremough Innovation Centre, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9TA.

How to Enter

2. To enter the prize draw, you must register as a member of the What Cornwall Thinks panel before the closing date of 31st March 2025. Entries received after 11.59pm on this date will not be eligible for the draw.

3. Entry to the prize draw is free, and no purchase is necessary.

4. PFA Research Ltd. will not be responsible for in-correctly entered entries, or entries which are lost due to technical malfunctions, or system errors.

5. By submitting your entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact info@pfa-research.com.

6. PFA Research Ltd. reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

7. The prize draw is open to all individuals over the age of 18, except employees of PFA Research Ltd., their families, agents, or any third party directly involved in the administration of the prize draw.

8. Only one entry per person is permitted.

9. By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to participate and claim any prize you may win. PFA Research Ltd. may request proof of eligibility at any time.

10. PFA Research Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant if their conduct is deemed to be contrary to the spirit or intent of the prize draw.

The Draw

11. A winner will be selected by a random draw within one month of the prize draw’s closing date.

12. The winner will be informed of the prize details.

13. The winner will be notified via email or telephone (using the details provided at the time of entry) within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond and provide a postal address within 14 days of being notified. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner will be selected.

14. The prize will be dispatched to the winner within 14 days of receiving the required details.

15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no alternative prize will be offered.

16. PFA Research Ltd.’s decision on all matters related to the prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Unless otherwise expressly requested by the winner, PFA Research shall be entitled to use the name of the winner in any subsequent advertising or marketing materials following the conclusion of the draw.

18. The winner’s name will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to PFA Research Ltd. or emailing info@pfa-research.com within 60 days after the closing date of the prize draw.

19. PFA Research Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

20. To the extent permitted by law, PFA Research Ltd., its agents, and distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from accepting or using the prize, except in cases of negligence by PFA Research Ltd. or its representatives. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data Protection and Publicity

21. PFA Research Ltd. is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data will only be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and PFA Research Ltd.’s Privacy Policy.

22. By entering the prize draw, you agree that PFA Research Ltd. and its agents may store and use your personal information to administer the competition.

Governing Law

23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.

24. PFA Research Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
